As part of the Cedar International School identity, all students are required to wear a school uniform as clarified below. Our preferred supplier is Land’s End. Cedar’s ‘Land’s End Preferred School No’ is 9000-4132-8. Please visit and enter either the school's name or number to review the uniform and additional accessories available from Lands' End.

J&C Trading in Road Town, Tortola also has a selection of Cedar uniforms available for purchase.
In addition, the school has a used uniform collection with used items for sale for $5 each.  Please stop by the main office, if you are interested in viewing the used uniforms.

Please label uniform items with your child’s name.

Uniform Tops
Type: Short-sleeved polo shirt with embroidered Cedar logo
Color: Evergreen or white

Uniform Bottoms
Type(girls): Skorts, Chino-style Shorts, Chino-style Long Pants, A-line Skirts
Type(boys): Chino-style Shorts, Chino-style Long Pants
Color: Khaki
Skirts/pants must be worn on the waist. Skirts/shorts must not be shorter than mid thigh.

Sweaters (optional)
Types: Plain or Solid Cardigan, Crewneck Sweater or Sweatshirt
Color: Evergreen, white, khaki or tan

Type: Plain evergreen, white, khaki or tan

Grade K-12 closed-toe shoes only. For safety concerns, heels higher than two inches must not be worn. No crocs or other similar footwear deemed inappropriate by the Director will be permitted.

Students in pre-kinder through grade 6 must wear hats while on the field or playground. Secondary students in grades 7 to 12 are encouraged to wear hats for sun protection.

PE. Uniform
Students who do not wear an appropriate PE uniform will not be permitted to
participate in class.
Shirt: Plain white short-sleeve t-shirt with or without the school logo
(heat transfer logo available from Lands End only)
Shorts: Appropriate sports shorts (logo optional)
Shoes: Closed in sneakers

Grade 12 Student Dress Code
Grade twelve students are exempt from the uniform requirements set out above, other than with respect to footwear, providing the following dress code is adhered to:
1. No muscle shirts (sleeveless men’s shirts);
2. No spaghetti straps or tank tops;
3. No cut-off jeans;
4. Midriffs must be covered;
5. No see-through clothing;
6. No offensive logos or slogans; and
7. Skirt length must not be any shorter than mid-thigh.

Free Dress Days
The last Friday of the month is Free Dress Day, providing student attire follows the Grade 12 Student Dress Code. Closed-toe shoes only.
